Dear Dr. Thompson:While most cases of male pattern hair loss are well tolerated, some patients with early menopause have a recurrence of hair loss over a long period of time, and a recurrence rate of more than 50% over the first year of the treatment course is very rare (see,
).
It is our belief that patients in whom hair loss is evident over a substantial period of time are at risk for further hair loss and, in some cases, the hair follicles of the scalp are permanently lost. Thus, to prevent further hair loss, a patient who is in the early stages of menopause should not take propecia, nor should he take an anti-hormonal or other drug that is used to treat hair loss in women. The fact that Propecia does not have any direct anti-hormonal effects in women suggests that it is unlikely that women will become pregnant at the time they stop taking the drug.
Propecia has been shown to be safe in menopausal women (see
However, women who use this drug should consult their physician before starting any new treatment for hair loss, even if the risk is minimal. Menopause is a stressful and stressful life that can lead to significant morbidity and physical, psychological and social problems. Women who are considered to be at increased risk for further hair loss should consult their physician before beginning any new treatment for hair loss.
My husband and I were both diagnosed with meningioma (a tumor that forms in the thick layer of the lining of the brain and spinal cord), and we decided to start Propecia (Proscar) for meningioma. We had been using Propecia for 2 years now and our dermatologist suggested to us that we start a new treatment for meningioma. We did. It was the first time Propecia had been used for this purpose and I can say that I was very pleased with the results. It seems that some of us who are in meningioma have suffered from a recurrence of meningioma. There is no cure for meningioma and no long-term prevention is possible. The most important thing is that meningioma has not been cured and that the recurrence rate is very low. I have had a few recurrences and I am very concerned about the long-term prevention of recurrences. I do not think that Propecia will prevent recurrences, but it may stop them altogether. Propecia is a very good drug and has an effect in treating meningioma in general and also in some patients who are taking it. I would like to add that I had been on Propecia for a few months and I was concerned about the possible side effects that may occur if I started taking it. It would be great to know that Propecia is being used for meningioma and that there is hope that this will continue in some patients. Thank you for your time and regards Dr. Thompson.
Please be aware that I am not aware of any studies that have been done on the effect of Propecia in meningioma and the drug may also not be effective in preventing further recurrences. However, I would like to point out that I have seen a very small number of patients who were on Propecia for the past 5 years or so and the recurrence rate was quite low. I would like to suggest that I would not recommend it to my patients because I have seen very few recurrences. If Propecia is not being used for meningioma and if the recurrence rate is too low, I would like to see more studies in patients taking Propecia.

Generic Propecia (finasteride) is not suitable for everyone, and there are certain groups of individuals who should not take this medication.
1. Women: Generic Propecia is intended for use in men only. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding should not handle crushed or broken Generic Propecia tablets due to the risk of absorption through the skin, which could potentially harm the developing fetus or nursing baby.
2. Children: Generic Propecia is not approved for use in children, as its safety and effectiveness have not been established in this age group.
3. Allergic reactions: Individuals who have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to finasteride or any of the ingredients in Generic Propecia should avoid taking this medication.
4. History of prostate cancer: Finasteride can interfere with prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests, potentially masking the presence of prostate cancer. Therefore, individuals with a history of prostate cancer should not take Generic Propecia without consulting their healthcare provider.
5. Liver problems: Finasteride is metabolized in the liver, so individuals with liver disease or impaired liver function may need to avoid or use caution while taking this medication. Other medical conditions: People with certain medical conditions, such as urinary tract obstruction or bladder muscle disorder, should consult their doctor before using Generic Propecia.
It is crucial to discuss one's medical history, current medications, and any underlying health conditions with a healthcare professional before starting Generic Propecia or any new medication. Only a qualified healthcare provider can determine if this medication is safe and appropriate for an individual's specific situation.

USES OF Generic Propecia
Treatment of male pattern hair loss
Male pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) is the most common type of hair loss in men. It is characterized by a hair loss problem that is gradual, often starting in first grade and often lasting as large as a two or three months. The problem can begin with finasteride, a drug originally used to treat an enlarged prostate, and it can be used in conjunction with other treatments to significantly decrease hair loss.
Scalp and scalp area affected: Treat hair loss by altering the area affected by hair loss. This can include removing hair follicles from the scalp and dividing the scalp into several parts. This may stop hair loss and stimulate hair regrowth.
Scalp and scalp area not affected: Treat hair loss by altering the area affected by hair loss.

It belongs to a group of drugs called 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, which are also known as 5-alpha reductase inhibitors. It works by slowing down the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body, which is responsible for the hair loss in men. It is available as a generic drug and may be taken on an as-needed basis. Generic medications are typically available at low prices. However, it is important to note that Propecia does not offer immediate results. It takes time for the drug to show its effects. The best time to take Propecia is when the hair loss is most noticeable, but it is always best to take the medication on a regular basis. In some cases, taking the medication once a day will minimize the likelihood of hair loss and promote hair growth. In this article, we will compare the benefits of Propecia, the side effects, and the cost of the medication. By comparing prices of Propecia and Proscar, you can make an informed decision when considering the cost of the medication.
Cheapest Propecia - www.genericmeds.comFinasteride (Propecia) is the most widely used anti-hair loss drug and is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use as a treatment for male pattern baldness. It is prescribed to men with male pattern baldness who have androgenetic alopecia (a genetic or acquired condition causing hair loss). Finasteride works by blocking the action of an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase, which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). By reducing DHT levels, finasteride helps to slow down or reverse the process of hair loss, thereby promoting hair regrowth and slowing the progression of hair loss in men with male pattern baldness. However, there are many questions regarding the potential risks and benefits of taking finasteride. Here we will discuss the potential side effects of taking finasteride and the benefits of continuing to take it.
